Access for every visitor

Accessibility at House of Crimson

We want people with disabilities to be able to learn about our services, understand our policies, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.

Our commitment

A realistic accessibility standard

The House of Crimson LLC uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as the design and development target for this website. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time claim or a guarantee that every person will have the same experience with every combination of technology.

Measures we take

  • Use semantic headings, landmarks, lists, links, and buttons.
  • Support keyboard navigation with visible focus and a skip link.
  • Move keyboard focus when pages or in-page destinations change.
  • Maintain readable text contrast, flexible layouts, and zoom and reflow support.
  • Respect reduced-motion and forced-color preferences.
  • Test with automated checks and manual keyboard, zoom, reflow, and contrast review.

Feedback and alternative access

Tell us when something gets in your way

If a part of this website is difficult to use, prevents you from getting information, or makes it hard to contact us, email us. We will review the barrier and work to provide the information or service another way when reasonably possible.

It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you encountered, your browser or assistive technology when relevant, and how you would prefer us to respond.

Email accessibility feedback

The button opens your email application. You can also write directly to houseofcrimson.business@outlook.com.

Assessment and review

This website is reviewed using automated accessibility checks and manual interaction tests. Automated tools cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so feedback from people using the site remains important.
