Published services and starting prices help customers understand likely entry points. They do not guarantee that a particular project qualifies or that implementation work will be accepted.
Work subject to review
All repair, completion, launch, custom development, and new-build work is subject to review and written acceptance.
A normal inquiry may be enough for a clear, low-risk request. A paid Project Review may be required when the scope, condition, risk, or remaining work cannot be responsibly determined from the information provided.
Project Review — $199
A paid review for projects whose scope, condition, risk, or remaining work cannot be responsibly determined from a normal inquiry.
Fully credited toward approved project work. When approved project work is booked within 30 days, the full $199 Project Review payment is applied to that project’s price. For example, if approved work is priced at $699, the remaining balance after the review credit is $500.
The review produces a written assessment. Paying for a review does not guarantee that The House of Crimson will accept the implementation work.
- Reviewing the code, the live site or app, how it was built, and how it is currently hosted or deployed
- Identifying what works, what is broken, what may be risky, and what is worth repairing
- Determining whether the project fits a published package
- Recommending repair, partial rebuild, full rebuild, or another provider
- Preparing a proposed scope and price when further work can be offered
What may be evaluated
The review is proportionate to the requested work. A normal small-business project is not treated as high-risk merely because it needs technical help.
- Project purpose, organization size, and expected users
- Codebase size, condition, architecture, and existing functionality
- Deployment environment, authentication, permissions, and database complexity
- Integrations, payment processing, data sensitivity, security, and compliance obligations
- Operational importance, financial risk, estimated effort, current capacity, and available expertise
Possible outcomes
After review, House of Crimson will explain the recommended next step.
- Accept the work under a published service
- Provide a custom fixed-price proposal
- Recommend repairing only part of the project
- Recommend a partial or complete rebuild
- Refer the customer to a more appropriate provider
- Decline the project
Small Project Launch Finish qualification
The Small Project Launch Finish service starting at $699 is intended for qualifying, focused projects that are already substantially complete. Qualification is based on the actual project, not solely on an estimate that it is almost finished.
Possible qualifying work includes a small-business website, portfolio, simple directory, focused inventory display, basic internal tool, limited booking or inquiry workflow, or another small application with one primary purpose and manageable operational risk.
Small-project pricing boundaries
Published small-project pricing does not automatically apply to enterprise organizations, regulated systems, high-risk applications, or business-critical infrastructure. These projects require custom commercial evaluation and may fall outside our accepted scope.
- Enterprise, ERP, warehouse-management, logistics, or multi-tenant platforms
- Complex e-commerce, payroll, banking, financial, medical, or regulated-data systems
- Business-critical infrastructure or systems whose failure may create substantial financial, legal, privacy, safety, or operational harm
- Large database migrations, complex authentication or permissions, numerous integrations, or major architectural reconstruction
Written acceptance is required
No project is accepted until the scope, price, deliverables, exclusions, access requirements, payment terms, and expected schedule are approved in writing.
Invoices or secure payment links are provided only after the appropriate service and scope are confirmed. This public website does not provide checkout or collect card details.
