Privacy Policy

How The House of Crimson LLC handles information connected with this public website, inquiries, and client services.

Effective date August 6, 2026

The House of Crimson LLC collects only the information reasonably needed to operate this website, answer inquiries, protect the service, and perform requested work. This policy describes what may be collected and how it may be used.

Information you choose to provide

This website offers a project-inquiry form processed through Netlify Forms and a direct email option. An inquiry may include your name, email address, business or project name, project URL, type of help requested, project description, project stage, platform or tooling details, source-access classification, sensitive-data classification, budget range, and timing information.

Do not submit files, passwords, private keys, API keys, access tokens, customer records, payment information, or other sensitive data through the inquiry form or ordinary email.

Additional information may be collected later when it is needed to prepare a proposal, communicate about a project, provide services, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.

Inquiry processing through Netlify Forms

Project-inquiry submissions are processed and retained through Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify. Netlify may process technical request information needed to receive the submission, provide spam filtering, and operate the form service.

A submission may generate an email notification to The House of Crimson LLC. Form submissions and notification emails may be retained for follow-up, project evaluation, business records, security, and legal obligations. Netlify operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

Basic technical information

Hosting, network, and security providers may automatically create basic traffic and diagnostic logs when this website is requested. Those logs may include an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, request time, referring page, and error or security information.

This information may be used to deliver the website, investigate errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, and understand basic service reliability.

How information is used

The House of Crimson LLC may use information to respond to an inquiry, evaluate a requested project, prepare or administer an agreement, provide and support services, coordinate infrastructure, keep business and legal records, secure the website, and comply with applicable law.

Information is not used for unrelated advertising or sold to data brokers.

Cookies, analytics, and marketing

This public website does not currently use site analytics, behavioral advertising pixels, newsletter tracking, or advertising cookies. It does not offer user accounts.

If those practices change, this policy will be updated to describe the information involved and any choices available to visitors.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, Netlify Forms, spam filtering, security, domain services, email notifications, file delivery, project work, or other business infrastructure. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer. Personal information is not sold.

Payments and card details

This public website does not provide checkout and does not collect or store payment-card numbers, expiration dates, card security codes, or bank-account details.

After a service and scope are accepted, The House of Crimson LLC may send an invoice or secure payment link. When Stripe or another payment processor is used for that payment, card details are entered with the processor and handled under its own terms and privacy practices. The House of Crimson LLC may receive limited transaction information such as a confirmation, amount, and payment status for billing records.

Security

The House of Crimson LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical practices appropriate to the information and services involved. No form, email, network, storage system, or online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Credentials and other sensitive material should be shared only through an agreed secure method after it is requested.

Data retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and meet tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why it is held.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you where applicable. A request may require reasonable identity verification. Some information may need to be retained when required by law, needed for legitimate business records, or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Send privacy requests to houseofcrimson.business@outlook.com.

This policy may be updated when the website, services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
