Custom service work reserves time and produces work for a particular client. Refund eligibility therefore depends on when work begins, what has been completed, and the applicable written agreement.
Billing questions and errors
Contact The House of Crimson LLC with a billing question or concern as soon as practical. Provide the invoice or transaction details and a clear description of the issue so it can be investigated.
Confirmed billing errors will be corrected. Asking a question does not affect any consumer right provided by applicable law.
Custom-project deposits
A custom-project deposit may be refundable if cancellation is requested before work begins, subject to the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement and any nonrecoverable cost already approved for the project.
Once work has begun, payments generally compensate for reserved time, planning, and completed work. Those amounts may become partially or fully non-refundable as described in the applicable written agreement.
Completed and accepted work
Completed and accepted service work is generally non-refundable. If delivered work does not match the agreed scope, the client should report the concern promptly so there is a reasonable opportunity to review it and, when appropriate, correct the work.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on the bank, card network, payment provider, or other financial institution involved.
Payment disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or other payment dispute, contact The House of Crimson LLC so there is an opportunity to investigate the transaction, review the agreement and work history, correct a confirmed error, and seek a practical resolution.
Nothing in this policy waives or overrides a right or remedy required by applicable law.
